we meet for a free one-hour consultation. longer than one hour will be billed at $50/hour, which will be incorporated into development fee once we begin. you describe your needs and your budget and we come up with a proposal for achieving your goals.

plan

oculeum develops a scope of work agreement and price quote. the s.o.w. may be modified as needed with agreement of both client and oculeum.

design

oculeum provides client with three preliminary design sketches and a site map outline. modifications made as necessary.

program

oculeum develops a test site for approval and modification. oculeum provides tutoring to client as necessary on adding final content to site ready for launch.

launch

upon approval of test site and finalized launch content, oculeum takes the site live. happy happy joy joy.

post-launch

oculeum is always available to its clients for ongoing support and development.
